Total Body Workout
Thursdays 9:15am - 10am

A fitness class with a mix of cardio, mat-based, and resistance training set to brilliant beats.
Instructor, Louise Mancini has eight years’ teaching experience at top London gym chains. Her disciplines include: Barre Concept Fitness, Low Fu Cardio Kickboxing, Legs, Bums & Core and Total Body Workout. She is a member of the local community and has a very motivating energy!

Mat Based Pilates is a form of exercise that uses dynamic stretching gently and effectively to lengthen muscles. These exercises target specific body areas to strengthen and stretch muscles, which can help reduce tension, improve flexibility, and ease tightness. All ages and abilities welcome.

Kundalini Yoga
Mondays 6:30pm - 8pm
Saturdays 10:30am - 12pm
Kundalini yoga is a technology for promoting health and well-being, combining posture, breath, mantra and meditation in a potent system of self-transformation. Classes are suitable for anyone new to yoga as well as those with experience in kundalini or other kinds of yoga, and everybody is equally welcome.
Classes cost £15 and take place at the Fitzrovia Centre every Monday evening (6.30 to 8.00 pm) and Saturday morning (10.30 am to 12 midday). Mats and relaxation blankets are provided, wear loose clothing.
