Vibrant community centre seeks long-term partner

We have a flexible office activity space available to rent on the lower ground floor of the Centre and we are keen for it to be occupied by a like-minded organisation whose work complements ours. 

It is an L-shaped room (approx. 70 sq m) with a folding partition wall which can create 2 separate spaces. See Rooms 3 & 4 on the floor plan (shaded blue). It has a private kitchenette and storeroom, direct access to the courtyard garden and shared use of shower and changing room. The Centre is in a fantastic location in the West End, with excellent public transport links both within London and outside, close to shops, restaurants and nightlife. The new licensee also will have access to discounted room and equipment hire.

Our mission is to be a hub that brings together people, organisations and businesses to share, learn and contribute to a brighter, more connected Fitzrovian future, and we would love to offer the space to another not-for-profit organisation that shares this ambition. The potential added value brought to the local area will form the basis for negotiation on rent.
