Sanatan Kriya addresses the whole body and promises a healthy, happy, and balanced physical, mental and emotional state. It is rooted in the principle of nature and balance, eliminating negativity.

Learn back and spine asans, pranayam to manage the various layers in your body, the science of mantras, balancing of the chakras as well as dhyan (meditation) amongst others, from this ancient science. All abilities welcome.
