Mat Based Pilates

Come and join us for this new class! All ages and abilities welcome.

Mat Based Pilates is a form of exercise that uses dynamic stretching gently and effectively to lengthen muscles. These exercises target specific body areas to strengthen and stretch muscles, which can help reduce tension, improve flexibility, and ease tightness.

Pay what you can with a suggested contribution of £2 per session.
