Total Body Workout

This class targets the three difficult areas people typically struggle to tone up and reduce in size while at the same time improving overall fitness. 

The class starts with a fun-packed cardio warm up. We then focus on our target areas in a variety of ways including using bands, light weights and work on the mat all whilst set to brilliant beats! 

Expect to squat, lunge, crunch and leg-lift your way to a new YOU with instructor Louise Mancini!

Pay what you can with a suggested contribution of £2 per session.
