Legs, Bums & Tums (with on-site crèche)

L.B.T. targets the three difficult areas women typically struggle to tone up and reduce in size while at the same time improving overall fitness. 

The class starts with a fun-packed cardio warm up. We then focus on our target areas in a variety of ways including using bands, light weights and work on the mat all whilst set to brilliant beats! 

Expect to squat, lunge, crunch and leg-lift your way to a new YOU with instructor Louise Mancini!

£3 per session. Women-only class.

Crèche £1 per child - booking required.
