Searching for a small peaceful space to be alone and in communion with one’s deeper feelings? Being connected to one’s inner thoughts and indeed states, is a very necessary process to being a healthy human being. In this busy world, such a peaceful space is hard to come by.
Sufi Mindfulness sessions as run by Bridging Spiritual Cultures. One does not have to be Muslim, Sufi or of any particular faith to enjoy these sessions. They involve silent and group meditation and are rounded off by Moroccan mint tea and biscuits. All are welcome and men and women are accommodated in separate rooms for each session.
Sessions are free but voluntary contributions towards the cost of the room hire are welcome.
Our usual starter sessions happen on the third Saturday of the month from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. However dates may vary from month to month. Please by email first at firstname.lastname@example.org to book a place and someone will get back to you. Please also check our website for events elsewhere.
